Garlicy Sausage and Kale Farfalle

Another easy recipe tonight.  I used a Louisiana hot sausage, but many others would be good too. 

2 links of your favorite sausage
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped kale
8 ounces of pasta
garlic powder to taste
crushed red pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft over medium heat.  Add sausage and break it up as it cooks.  Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to taste, and add the can of tomatoes, undrained.  In the meantime, cook the pasta.  Once the sausage is fully cooked, stir in the kale.  Saute until the kale is just wilted.  Stir in drained pasta.  Serve garnished with grated Parmesan, and enjoy!
